Possible problems and its solutions

Problem	Solution
Program chooses wrong symbols	See previous step (2). Check signal quality (may be some electrodes do not touch head skin), check if battery is charged
Symbols are lighting too fast. I cannot find the needed letter or command before lightings start	Contact out specialist who will help to setup optimal program configuration
Messages are not sent and are not received	Contact Neurochat Technical Support
Some water on amplifier / Headset is dropped in water	Dry amplifier outside, take out battery, dry it inside. Do not turn on headset! Contact Neurochat Technical Support
