| Electrodes do not touch head skin | Check belt and straps, adjust the size if needed |
| Electrode fall out of its socket | Put electrode back in socket without damaging wires |
| Headset is not turning on | Check if battery is charged and put it in headset correctly |
| Impedance is too high (some electrodes are displayed as red) | Take away hair under electrode with syringe and put more gel |
| Low calibration results | 1. Recalibrate 2. Try to react emotionally (happy) every time you count new lighting of target symbol, do not distract and do not pay attention to other lights |
